Subject:  ISC Examination Year 2021: Replacement of Consumer Protection Act 1986 with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in the syllabus of Commerce for Class XII 

This is to bring to the notice of all concerned that in the Syllabus of Commerce for Class XII, Topic 4 – Marketing, part (iii) – Consumer Protection: rights of consumers, methods of consumer protection, the Consumer Protection Act 1986 has been replaced by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 from the Examination Year 2021 onwards.
